CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no show appointments will be charged at 50% of the service price.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
At Dodge Hair, we take complaints seriously and will accept them within one week of a paid appointment. We aim to resolve the issue within one month at no extra cost, depending on stylist and client availability. If you prefer not to have the issue corrected, we offer a 25% discount on your next appointment.
Complaints can be submitted directly to your stylist or through our website. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and offer the next available appointment for correction with the same stylist. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate it to the salon owner.
We value your feedback and use it to improve our services.
