CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no show appointments will be charged at 50% of the service price. A Deposit may be required during busy periods.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
At Dodge Hair, we take complaints seriously and will accept them within one week of a paid appointment. We aim to correct the issue within one month, depending on stylist and client availability.
Complaints can be submitted directly to your stylist. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and offer the next available appointment for correction with the same stylist. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate it to the salon owener.
We value your feedback and use it to improve our services.
